Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. During busy seasons, collection launches, or for custom pieces, processing may take longer. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — thank you for your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Our charms are crafted with brass and plated in 18k gold. To keep them beautiful, avoid water, lotions, and perfumes. We recommend storing your pieces in a dry place when not in use.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.
